Edward Nelson Preusser, (Ed)
The eldest son of Edward F. and Nora Preusser,
Ed is best described as the quintessential "old
soul." His love of Philipstown's homes and rich history make Ed an ideal choice

ins and outs of the houses, land and roads of this community better than most
in the business -- an important asset for making informed decisions about the

Prior to joining the family firm, Ed worked in the building and construction
business. From simple repairs, entire renovations or the construction of "state-of-the-art" music
studios in New York City for Sony Music, Ed's building background carries over
